Refund policy
At PRJCT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original box.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items (final sale)
- Accessories (hats, socks, underwear)
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
How to Return To initiate a return, email us at returns@prjctwear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately at support@prjctwear.co.uk and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
